YANA’s foundation is rooted in the generosity, spirit and energy of volunteers in the Comox Valley. Newcomers are always welcome to join the team.

Choosing to volunteer with YANA is a rewarding way to support families facing the challenges of having a child with special medical needs. Not only is it rewarding, volunteers have fun and make a positive difference in their community. Volunteer opportunities include working at fundraising events, assisting with event planning by joining one of our event committees, helping with administrative and office tasks or hosting a community-led fundraiser. YANA’s goal is to ensure you have a meaningful volunteer experience, doing something you enjoy while exercising your skill and passion.
