We’d like to give a shout out to Boston Pizza for a recent donation.  Thank you for choosing YANA to be the recipient of your charitableness!

Life isn’t fair, as we all know.  But going through hard times often brings out the best in people.   We’d like to acknowledge an extremely generous and caring Grandpa, who recently donated to YANA.  Why?  Because YANA had come to the aid of his grandchild, helping to provide financial assistance to the family.  Thank you, Anonymous Grandpa, for creating a “Circle of Giving” that has inspired us and warmed all our hearts.

Welcome to the valley, Brown’s Social House!  These community-minded folks donated proceeds from their Grand Opening to YANA.  We’re so grateful when local businesses keep us in mind for their charitable giving.   Thank you so much!

Sending our gratitude out to Courtenay Return It Depot and all the eco-friendly Courtenay residents who helped to support YANA by donating your returnables!  Your contributions help Comox Valley families who must travel for the medical treatment of a child or pregnant mother.

Thank you to the Comox Return Centre and all the environmentally-friendly people of Comox who helped raise funds for YANA by donating your returnables to us!  Every little bit counts and we’re grateful for your support!

We are all “charged up” here at YANA….a local electrician did some free work for Linda and suggested a donation to YANA in payment.  Linda was more than happy to contribute and now local Comox Valley families are benefitting!   Now that’s a “power-ful connection!”

YANA is feeling the love from Ace Brewing and Dr. Brad Harris and sending it right back!  They developed a special IPA ‘Love Potion” with proceeds going to YANA.  Thank you for your charitableness!

We love how our community finds creative ways to support YANA!   The Comox Fire Department attended a call for a resident. The resident made a donation to the Firefighters Association in thanks for their service and the firefighters decided to pass that donation on to YANA.   Thank you Comox Fire Dept!  

Kudos go out to Hugh McKinnon and Kelly Rusk for creatively finding a way to give to YANA.  Hugh needed to purchase a dryer and Kelly had one to give.  They agreed that Hugh would compensate Kelly by donating to YANA.  Thanks guys!

We’re so grateful to Mike Seib for his ongoing Car Wash campaign to help YANA, continuing his support over the summer months when YANA’s community and personal donations decreased due to COVID restrictions.  Thank you, Mike!
