1st Tuesday at the Mex with Jilli Martini

1st Tuesday Fundraisers happen on the 1st Tuesday of each month at the Mex Pub in Courtenay, pairing local musicians with Comox Valley charities. These monthly community building events began in 2008. The first nine years were organized and hosted by local performers Judy and Bruce Wing and sponsored by the Mex Pub and raised over $47,000 for local charities. Beginning our tenth year on January 2, 2018, the fundraisers will be organized by local performer, Scott Lyle, with the continued sponsorship of the Mex Pub, (Roy Tai).

Jilli Martin will be joined by the popular mother/son duo, Katrina and Farley Mifsud to perform an intimate acoustic concert. Money raised that evening will be donated to the artist’s charity choice, which is Yana.

Admission by cash donation to the chosen charity or a non-perishable food item for the Comox Valley Food Bank.
